Custom 2-Wire Style IEM Wires

So as I've been struggling with the wires of my IEMs (SE310s), I was wondering if anyone has modded their monitors with that kind of coiled wire? I recently got custom ear molds done and they seem to weigh down the drivers a bit, in turn putting more pressure on the (what I think is cheap) cabling....any suggestions? Anyone want to re-wire them for a price?

What... the custom job did not include a detachable cable!!!

Suggest sewn little breast pockets on both side of shirt, serious.
