For that kind of money I'd personally be looking at something other than that.

UE metal case isn't bad either.

The case they provide, even while very nice looking, as I also told them, is IMO not very well designed, the lock is not good at all, it gets loose all the time, and the conical shape they have in the black lower half part, makes it useless as there is no way of coiling the cable around and that it will end in a way that you can close it, as the plug always protude too much, and while you try to lock the case, it will get open again, as the plug will push it from the inside...

Thats odd. I had no real trouble with the functionality of the case! I could get it to hold the sa6 snugly and securely so that they fit in it perfectly comfortably, no fatal flaws with complementation or anything as you seem to be experiencing yourself. Strange. It took me a little while to suss out how to properly organise the sa6 into the case and through its layers but once I got a system I can get em in neatly, it houses em well. I agree that the lid of the case seems to fasten a bit weakly and could be succeptible to opening quite easily. I also think i would find it a chore to use this as my day to day case as, though i can get the sa6 into the case comfortably, it takes time and a bit of effort, having to wrap the cord round the spindle tightly, following it round attentively with each evolution and with concentration and diligance, akin to wrapping a guitar string off round the machine head. I can imagine it becoming a bit of a chore like! Hence, I'm looking for another, easier to use, more practical case!

maybe my cable is longer!!!

Would you mind to post a methodology to coil it up nicely, maybe an small video in YOUTUBE, I'm pretty organized, and no matter what I tried, it ended with the freaking plug protuding and on the way, and do not let me close it!!!!!

Not sure if I underestood correctly but do you began to coil it by the plug end???

I place the two earpieces in place on the top compartment, and with hte cable connected to them, I begin to coil it from that end and no matter what I do, the plug always end on top protuding too much.... ![]() |

Yes, he begins with the plug end and coils tightly around it. To be honest, this never occurred to me either.
I had the exact same problem initially, but I've somehow managed to get the earphones to fit using this method with great care...In any case, like BloodSugar00 says, it's still enough of a chore that I use something else (a generic aluminum sliding-top case) for daily storage. |

Yer you're starting at the opposite end to me which just doesnt seem naturally pratical or logical to me and I can imagine it would be very difficult! I'm sure you'll find it easier if you start wrapping around spindle from jack end to unit end so the process starts at bottom of/within case and works its way up to surface rather than vice versa. You have a lot mkore control over it that way, I find.

My concern with your method, BloodSugar00, is the strain all that tight coiling puts on the cable. Sure, it's fully replaceable and all...but I have no intention of replacing mine early.
