If your's just arrived in the mail? And the plug won't fit the back of Amp? Get in touch with FANG. If you got it from HEAD-DIRECT. My buddy bought a MINI-BOX E+. He let me borrow it for my impressions. I liked the amp. I took advantage of the combo YUIN PK1 offer. Ordered my own. A month later. With very little updating from Fang. It arrived. The battery was low. Went to charge. To large a pin on the Amp. Won't plug. Want a refund. Didn't even get the PK1. That was supposed to be part of the combo deal. Who knows where that's at. To find out. I would have to ask. Sad Customer Service.

probably just a bad batch, or even as small a problem as an incorrect included adapter. fang will straighten it out.

minibox charger problem
Dear Customers:Minibox made very bad mistake week ago. Some of the amps shipped week ago were attached wrong charger, which can not fit the socket on the amp. We have noticed the mistake and contact Minibox days ago. We will ship the right charger via EMS this week to anyone have such problem.
We do apologize for the problem. We are trying our best to solve it.
To achristilaw: Pls check your email inbox about detail.
Best,
Fang

Of Course he has been emailed. I've had to instigate all the emails. For any information I've retrieved. No answer yet. It's not a Bad Batch. It's the left hand not being aware of the right. I suspect that the adapter we were sent. Is the adapter for the E. Not the new E+. Just a suspicion.

All is A.O.K. now. Fang explained the whole situation in a private email. And all is well. I apoligize if I over-reacted. It's just my medication needs balancing.
thanks for setting things straight, fang. glad we can count on you.

Anybody know the technical spec of the charger for minibox-e+?
(ie inside/outside diameter of the plug, polarity, output voltage, etc...)
Fang told me they will send the right charger ASAP, but I will leave my place for a while (during vacation). So I want a replacement.
Thanks.

The charger is rated at 18v dc at 500ma. Input voltage is 100-240 vac 50/60hz.
By the way I'm so far very happy with the amp, and I'm very very happy that there is no hiss at all (my big fear with any amp). The bass boost is about right as long as any bass boost is disabled on the source. This is on my mdr-sa3000's. Finally my sa3000's have some warmth to them now.

Well I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I just received mine on Dec 24th and it came with the new charger.
