Yah, I'd never pay over $150 for a pair of headphones either. A supermacro and a pair of dt770s is enough.

Oh, wait.

How does it sound with that HD650 ? Do portable amps have the potential to sound as good as home amps ?

Is the Pico really worth double the Move?

Time and trial will answer this ...
Now the lucky owners of Pico just enjoy it

From my experience - OH YA. It is my big grudge with Pico...it's price is completely justified. It even made me enjoy the HD650 (which I hate with passion mind you). But I just can't get myself to pay $500 for something so small -_-

Maybe if I had custom IEMs, or a laptop based rig, I would, but frankly my main rig is speaker based >.<

X2 this amp is a no brainer for people who have a laptop based rig, it was right up there with $1000 dac solutions. I unfortunately do not really need a solution like this but if I was more laptop oriented I go Pico

no Justin needs to offer dac modules in his amps like the gsx or gs1 as an option

Or just give me a balanced line-out (dual mini-trs) on the Pico, and I will buy it in a blink.

Someone please compare the Pico, Predator, and Move, so we got an idea of the sound of each amp compared to amp,,and dac compared to dac.

Im sure most people want to know this comparison.

Wheres SKYLAB???!!! lol

I don't think he has two of those units at this time, though I could be wrong.

LOL, it would no longer be a Pico. Would be at least 3 times the size.

With dual mini-trs outs ?! Don't think so. Mini-trs is also known as 1/8 inch headphone jack.

That would be a pretty useless comparison. The Move is no longer in production. Even if someone preferred the Move, what's the point in recommending it since you can no longer buy it (other than used)?
