I met with rc0 last night to purchase his shure e2s. The phones and accessories were in brand new conditon, just as his ad stated. He is a very pleasant guy and I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from him.

I saw his feedback, and we did have a deal, but there was trouble with the Ipod (as the battery need to be drained apparently). Tried to let him know via PM (in fairness to him he did PM me his phone numbers in itially, which I deleted). but apparently he didn't get the message, and I haven't received his PM's. So I sold it to the next person. I guess he couldn't try emailing me for whatever reason to inquire if the PMing wasn't working.

Well, you had my phone number, you had my home address. My phone and home address information were in several of my PMs sent to you, and also in your PM reply to me. So you should be able to find my information by looking into your Inbox and Sent Items folders. You are the seller and you are responsible for saving my information before deleting them from your folders. In addition, you can also send email to me by going to my profile page, which you did not do.

I used Message Tracking and saw that you read every single one of the PMs I sent. Fine, let's all blame it on the PM system on Head-Fi. At least I'm finally getting responses from you.

Did you not read that those messages withyour info were ACCIDENTLY deleted? You are the buyer and are responsible for finding out why you're not getting a response as well. I didn't have your info because it was, in fact, deleted. No I didn't read all those messages, otherwise I would have responded. You had my email address, why not give it a try if the PM's were unresponsive?
You certainly don't need to buy any else from me if you don't want to. But to infer that it's solely my responsibility to get in touch with you whatever way possible, and you having none of that responsibility, is really short-sighted. It's a two way street.

And it's not like I could track you down after deleting the info. You didn't even post in the for sale thread I had for it.

And I'm not sure how you could track that I had read the messages I didn't receive. Is it a bug in the system? Perhaps. Whatever, it's done. I did not mean ill will to you. I'm sure your a guy anyone would want to sell to. I was ready to sell to you, and really have no reason not to in the future. Except next time I'll give you my number as well.

I bought a Storm Digital D02 from Ray. Due to some of the known issues with this DAC he was kind enough to allow me close to a month-long evaluation period. Communication was extensive and overall, despite some issues with the D02 itself, I would regard this as a very positive experience. Ray is extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a DAC from Ray. There was great communication (PM responses were very prompt). He was very honest about the condition, sending many different pictures at different angles. I needed the DAC by the end of the week, so he shipped it the same day and with Fedex 2-day at no extra cost. It was very well packed inside a padded bag, which was inside a box, which was inside another box, so needless to say, it came in immaculate condition. I would not hesitate for a second to do business again. Thanks Ray!

Another positive feedback for Ray, He sold me Sony's Eggo headphones and he was very pleasant to communicate with. The headphones were well packaged and the shipping was fast.
