Ok, so I really need a room to stay in, otherwise I cannot come. . I cannot get my own room because I do not have a CC.

You don't need a credit card to rent a room. You will need to pre-pay and they will usually charge some sort of deposit for LD charges on the phone or movies. I have done it all the time. If you know where you want to stay, contact them and find out what their cash policy is.
