From what I read from other users, the canamp is nothing special. It lacks definition and is dull.

The MK V is a brilliant sounding amp. I use my amp for gaming and I can hear players breathing while hiding and the direction the player is walking in clearly. You would not get this from the Canamp.

Man I want this thing bad! Maybe after the tax refund comes in. I have been craving a clean, crisp solid state ever since my HD580s arrived.

If I purchase the Little Dot MK V I need to get a new source.

I have narrowed it down to either a Marantz CD6002 Silver (CD player) or a Keces USB DAC (DA-151).

Which in your opinion would compliment the Little Dot MK V better.
