Headamp... 3months of waiting

Hello everyone...

This is my frustration to Headamp.

I ordered GS-X on 31, Aug.
Still they don't tell me when they will ship.

I wrote an e-mail in 28 Nov, "please update me". But still not getting any reply.

I'm feeling that I'm completely ignored.
I've never had such a buying experience.

I know they're one-person company.
Maybe he's too busy with Pico.
But this is completely out of business norm.

That was not my experience with HeadAmp.

I got my GS-1 in a week.....

I hear ya, it's been 8 weeks so far on my G-Lite. I've sent two e-mails and left one voice mail - no response.

Keeping fingers crossed for X-mas maybe.

I'm shipping several amps per day right now (not Pico) and doing my best to get all orders out ASAP. I'll be finished shipping all Gilmore Lite and AE-2 orders within 2 weeks. GS-1/GS-X I am still out of enclosures but will definitely have them finished by the end of the month

ok. if you(Justin) had noticed me it in a proper time, it wouldn't become a problem.
I wouldn't be frustrated.

I know you make a nice amp. but please care your customer.

All I can say is that I've been in contact with Justin the past week or so with no gaps in communication at all.

I cannot seem to get in contact with justin...i've emailed him (with 3 different emails), PMed. Does he answer the telephone?

I've always found that the best way to reach Justin is to call the number listed on HeadAmp - Audio Electronics. Give it a try.

I've had a similar problem with contacting Justin lately. I'm assuming it's one of our email providers dropping messages since my last purchase and tech support calls in the past were all handled promptly. In mid-October I ordered the external power supply for a Gilmore Lite which I'm hoping is covered by the reference above about Gilmore Lite orders.
