Right here is where you post what your exchange partner decided you musically needed and offer your secular thanks.

Ken36 and I decided to just tell each other what to send, but I stuck a little something extra in for him (he's a great guy) which I hope he will listen to for a couple or three times before he ebays it.

So, whadjaget?

And I guess I get to go first, too. Just received from Amazon the 1996 release of "The Best of Jeff Beck" that my pal Ken36 was kind enough to gift me with! Just what I wanted! How did you know?! Thanks so much!!

Well I just got home from work to find not one but two!!! packages waiting for me from my partner Philodox...Now the tough part...Do I wait until Christmas morning to open them?? Or, as I have displayed the will power of a moth in the past (record time was last year...27 minutes before I cracked), do I just go for it?
The funny thing was I got home via the Post Office where I was just sending off his gift...Spooky.

I don't get mine till after I get back from my Holiday in 10 days. So it will be like an after-Christmas present

Can't wait! I hope Contrastique likes the CD I sent her

Oops my bad. It doesn't say anywhere in her profile, and the name doesn't give any hints so I kinda just presumed she was a guy... Silly me!

Got 2 CDs from the very gracious Asr. Since my family does not celebrate Christmas, I opened them right away. He sent me Audiovent - Dirty Sexy Knights In Paris and Thursday - A City By The Light Divided. These are my 1st CDs for both of these artists and I am loving both of them.

Thanks Asr!!!

Me and 'Andrew Pielet' agreed to send each other two audio CD's.
My gift to him left Norway yesterday, and should arrive at his place sometimes next week. I expect two CD's my way next week as well...

Happy Holidays!

I exchanged gifts with utarch00. He gave me 2 CD's. One is Zero 7's Simple Things. The other is Puscifer's "V" Is For Vagina. I was familiar with Zero 7 through the song they had in the Garden State soundtrack. So far, I am very much enjoying the rest of their music as well!! Puscifer is quite difficult to pin down. One could describe it as a strange lovechild of Tool and Les Claypool. Wonderfully strange stuff!!

Thanks utarch00!!

P.S. Unlike the rest of you, I didn't even think twice about waiting til Christmas. I opened them up immediately

Welcome to the club: Life is short, uncertain, and, very often, strange.
