HD-212s a good buy for use on the bus with my Zen?

I want some fairly cheap (<$70) closed headphones for use on the bus. Sound quality is important, but I'm far from an audiophile--these headphones will be an upgrade from some $10 generic ones ( ). Also important is the ability to suppress ambient noise. The 212s are in my price range, and are pretty sexy in combonation with my Zen. Shall I go ahead and purchase them, or do you have a better suggestion that will suit my needs?

well, as far as isolation goes, the 212s are *very* good at that -- i can't hear people talking to me from behind if i'm listening to music on them.

for sound quality, the bass is very strong.. which may or may not suit your music tastes. otherwise, the rest of the spectrum is similar to the 497 (i A/Bed them) except for slightly less extension at the top end, and a smaller soundstage.
