The whole reason DSD is superior to PCM is th at it doesn't need to use as much information to create superior sound quality. It's a totally different type of encoding -- you simply can't compare DSD and PCM audio by which has more bits per second.

Well, there's no need to go on arguing like this. I suggest you actually read about DSD technology, and find out how its one bit with much higher sampling rates can achieve greater accuracy than using multiple bits with a lower sampling rate. If you'd like, I'll explain it as best I can tonight after I come home from work.
