FS: Oritek Modded Zhaolu 2.0

SOLDThis DAC has just been updated sonically to the V4.0. Features that it lacks compared to the V4.0 are:
Optical Digital Input Capability
Custom Oritek Front Panel

It has the original Zhaolu case which is in good condition. Some very light scratching on the top cover from a slight slip of the screw driver and some of the lettering from the front panel is coming off (mostly from the digital input labels which are disabled anyway).

The original Zhaolu headphone amp (not discrete amp) is still in the case but disabled. Can be connected again if needed. I used this as strictly a DAC with the coaxial digital connection and that is how I am selling it. Pretty much all other features have been disabled.

Did I mention how transparent and detailed this sounds. The latest update from Ori really made a difference from the V3.5. All those OMZ 2.0 owners should contact Ori about this. I'm selling this to get Ori's combo DAC/AMP.

Please PM me for questions or to send me your email address for detailed pictures.

Asking price is $315 shipped in the CONUS. We can negotiate pricing for other destinations.

There is no USB connection.

The headphone amp can be connected if you like. It supposedly degrades the DAC performance but I never really compared or liked the headphone amp anyway. Thanks for the question.

Another n00b question - can this unit just do 120V or can it support 240V as well?

I'm sure that it can be converted by certain capable people.

This is now SOLD.

Thanks for all the interest.
