This is an extremly well sounding piece of high end gear, made in the USA. Some years old, but still holding up its own against new, and very expensive ADCs.
Inputs: 4 stereo pairs. 1 pair of balanced XLR inputs. 3 pairs of RCA single ended inputs. Connectors are of very high quality.
Outputs: 6 outputs in total. 1 AES/EBU XLR output. 3 optical glass ST outputs, 1 optical Toslink output and 1 Coax BNC output.
At the AC cord input, it says "100/120/220/240 VAC Input". That should mean you can use 120v or 240v, but I haven't tried 120v, I'm in Europe.
There are 2 small dents on the panels, but if you're not looking to finding them they won't be noticed. Also the anodization have "let loose" (look at picture) ,again, the camera flash makes them extra visible.
