I bought this October 12th. I've had no problems with the hardware itself, but I bought it knowing what I'd get out of the classic so I wanted to see if I'd like the touch. I haven't found myself watching videos enough to justify the extra price and I'm on the fence of buying a smartphone, so can live without the extra features.
There are hardly any marks on the body (there is one nick on the top-right, which was already there when I opened the box) and the only visible scratches are on the chrome back. The buyer will receive everything in the original packaging. PM me or post here if you have any questions.
I'm willing to trade for a 160GB iPod classic outright, or an 80GB iPod classic plus cash (~$100). Black is preferred. I'm not in any rush to sell, I still love this thing.
