Anyhow, I've read about the Oscar worthy performance of McConaughey.  I just don't see that happening.  I put him in the same bucket as Tom Cruise.

We really shouldn´t applaud bale type transformations. I mean they are actors they are supposed to act :). Now Bale happen to be a good actor as well.

Bale is the king of weight control for movie roles.

He's done it for a few movies now, for some he lost weight, others he gained bulk and muscle.

Escape Plan - 5/10

Should have drank another beer or two to help liven up the mood.  I'm sure I'm not alone on this, but these two actors (Stallone and Schwartzenegger) are better at acting when there's less dialogue.  As usual, the plot is as thin as air.

Jobs: 6.5/10

It was good except they kept forcing apple down our throughts, got too annoying at time. I did love how Josh Gad played Wozniak though!

Did you expect anything else in a movie about Steve Jobs?

Neither is recommended nor should it be commended. Our bodies don´t like fast transformations. And there is often short cuts taken...

Have you seen Christian Bale's movie "Rescue Dawn"? Amazing movie and story and it's a remake of the documentary called "Little Dieter needs to Fly".

Now that we're on the subject of POW movies try "End of Wars". There is really not many movies with similar themes (yet).

One coming soon is called "Railway Man" with Colin Firth based on the book. Looks amazing!

The wolverine 6/10

I thought adamantium was virtually indestructible?

If you're referring to when Wolverine lost his blades, the sword that cut them off was also made of adamantium.
