Yes.  All red boxes outside grocery stores now.  If that.

And I'm in the Capitol city of Ohio, with Ohio State Campus right ... there.  No video stores at all.

Pain and Gain, 7.5/10

Turned out to be a much better movie than I expected. I quite like the character Dwayne Johnson plays in this movie.

Lol, except she was obviously the worst part of the film. Talk about showing up just for a paycheck...

I found this to be very entertaining, and the Rock really showed some range here, but then when I went to look up the story online (since it's based on true events), I sort of felt differently about it. All of a sudden it bothered me and I almost felt guilty enjoying it. Reading the accounts of how upset the family mbrs of the victims were that the events were sensationalized, it sort of turned me off to the film.

The Internship: 7/10

Very interesting premise. The execution could've been better, it sticks to a standard formula.

Its a fun watch if you can catch the geek references. Otherwise you won't laugh much.

The good thing is that its not an assault on your intelligence as it doesn't rely on too many cheap gags and jokes.

Sanctum 3D.

6/10. Maybe to small movie for James Cameron he should do big heavy expensive stuff. Feels tired I don´t really like any of the characters. Watch the Descent instead.

Saw this. You knew there would be too much drama and death but hey, for an adventurist, I guess it hits the mark. Looks like drowning is an easy way to pass from life to death.

Hana - 4/10

Possibly one of the most painfully boring and dull Samurai movies i've seen before. Some of the characters were interesting, but that's about it.

Too bad it's also directed by Hirokazu Koreeda who is one of my favorite directors. I gave "I Wish" a 10/10 and "Nobody Knows" would be close.

Watch "Love and Honor" or "Twilight Samurai" instead.

Pain and Gain:  8.5/10

A true story, but not sure how much of it is embellished. Is it a comedy? No, but it is very funny in parts. Easily the best movie ever directed by Michael Bay.

"Battleground" - 9.8.10

The Grandmaster - 7.5/10

This movie is a little different than the previous Ip Man movies in that isn't really a sequel to the last one. It take a more biographical story telling approach of Ip Man's life with philosophical quotes. The fighting scenes were well choreographed and the movie was beautifully filmed. Tony Leung Chi Wai does a decent job in playing Ip Man.

Nope, sorry, it's this one:

The site wasn't allowing me to post links last night so I couldn't post the image. It's the classic 1949 film.

Is that 9.8/10? I guess you liked it, a lot.  :D
