I bought these this week from amazon.co.uk for £10 including delivery. That's US $15.
Packaging, appearance, warranty, euro-nanny knows best:
Mine arrived in the small European packaging box,...
Absolutely beautiful little player. It's just a gorgeous chunk of tech that feels good to hold. For me personally tech has to have form as well as function and the AK120 doesn't disappoint on...
I agree w most reviews that these does not warrant the $499 MSRP. (Then rather opt for D5k, D7k).
BUT - at the +-$230 range I got them at (Amazon warehouse) - these are VERY good value for...

Introduction
The easiest way to explain the Sennheiser CX-150's is that they do what you can reasonably expect. You can't really expect much from a pair of sub-50 dollar IEM's, and frankly, I...
Lol. Me, proton and focker chillin on our little DK Rises island with a corona.
lol, dang, same taste in brewskis, too...ice cold corona with a lime....if I'm drinkin' for drinkin's sake (i.e. not with a meal), that's what I'll reach for....most refreshing beer ever, IMO.

Lol... me too! Not kidding. My favorite.
That sux proton.... there is only corona and lime on my island... That's okay we can squeeze you some limeade... Edited by Doc-holliday - 12/13/12 at 12:26am
A lot of my beer snob buddies say all lagers are the same, but I couldn't disagree more with them. I love corona cause there is no aftertaste...some American lagers sort of linger, not in a good way, IMO. The main exception would be Yuengling...oldest domestic brewery last I checked. When I lived in Philly I got hooked. In the bottle it's just average, but on tap it's amazing. I can do the typical Bud, Coors Light, etc for football, but if I really want to enjoy my brew I'm going with an ice cold Corona for sure.

I loved TDKR, and I think Bane is one of the better villains in a long time.
I know people thought the Joker was a great villain because he just loved chaos, but Bane's brute strength, combined with that eerie voice and accent, made me quiver. Joker is harmless by himself. Bane is a force of destruction.
As far as the movie goes, it perfectly ties up the trilogy. It had a very inception-like ending, though.
Oh don't get me wrong I loved the Joker. I loved all three and I think those movies have done a lot for comic based movies in general. I love the dark flavour and sense of realism in an unreal world in that Batman series. I am hoping we will get that same darkness from the upcoming superman movie and more to come.
nolan is a great director and all... but i think he should stop writing the dialogues atleast... they are deteriorating with every film... the actors are getting held back... TDKR's dialogues were cringe-worthy... everything else is great... just the dialogues kill the impact of the story a bit...
Wow, this thread just turned into TDKR appreciation thread overnight.
I also enjoyed it, though not even close to The Dark Knight. My best friend who is a serious comic geek loathed it. But I still think Chris Nolan makes some weird directing choices though, especially with the action sequences i.e. the completely random change from day-to-night during the first chase scene after Bane attacks the stock market. But really, that's just splitting hairs.
Also, I suggest anyone that is curious about the tone of the new Superman movie, needs to look up the new trailer that was released for Man of Steel. Looks pretty amazing. And darker toned. I rate the trailer (just to keep this thread more on topic) a 9/10
