FS: One week old DELL Inspiron 1720

I am selling a Dell Inspiron 1720 (US version). I just received the computer from DELL. Unfortunately, they won't let me return the lapatop. My loss is your gain. I started the computer to make sure everything works as it should. I have also added the DELL value care to protect the computer for 3 years in case anything were to happen to it. The DELL value care is fully transferable.

The specifications are:

Have you tried escalating to a supervisor on your request to return?

You should try other forums too, like anandtech. Just be sure to read the rules beforehand.

I have been through a number of DELL reps about my situation and they are unable to help.

The DELL Inspiron is a replacement laptop. I was having problems with my older laptop so DELL replaced with a brand new 1720. So technically my warranty is beyond the 21 days even though the 1720 is not.

May I ask what "older model" was replaced by the new 1720?
