That's quite difficult, because until it happened, who really knows? But if I had to choose, I think I'd fall into the 54% who'd be on the phone to friends and family, but not for a whole hour
Then maybe I'd get drunk, look at some old photos, play some REALLY loud music, and finish off with something hysterically funny on TV so I could die laughing!
Sadly, the reality is I'd probably waste the entire hour panicking about what to do first. . .
