I've got #9. Who are the other lucky future owners? "The wai-ai-ting is the hardest part..."
Not me...
I might have jumped on it if they were still available, and what the end product will look like.

Or me ...... was considering it when the original price quote was $3500 but as it crept up to $4500 .... well I just couldn't do it.

Well, hopefully I'll be able to get some of that back when I sell the Stax amp... it's in mint condition, so it probably won't be hard to sell.

Justin are still waiting for the enclosures.
Until he receive the enclosures, and have assembled the first amplifier we can't expect to see any pictures of the end product.

I guess these pictures give us a hint of what it will look like though:

that's kind of sad.

Can't wait for the pics of this thing, should be another stunner if the Aristaeus and previous KGBH were any indication.

There is one good thing about it... we don't have to worry about our favorite trio of idiots hijacking this thread since they probably think electrostatic is the stuff you get from walking around on the carpet too much.

Yep. I know someone who just tried putting in an order and was told there weren't any left. I'm SO glad I got in.

Like yourself earwicker7, I recently got the 007TII amp. I have really stopped thinking about the KGBH SE and am enjoying the Stax. Perhaps in December or January we will have a new toy.

well. congrats on the purchase. knowing Justin, i am sure it will be an amp of incredible quality. also, it is good to see those few members who do purchase these higher end items posting their experiences of the board. i wish there were more discussion of higher end gear - esp. CD players and cables. in general i'll talk about anything, but a total bithead-HD595 combo just doesn't interest me that much anymore.

i look forward to pics and impressions (whenever that is).
