That was my same exact rig a few years ago

But the zen HD died and the sures cable was going bad, which is what brought me here (to find replacement).

I think you can replace the HD... Well if I can't I'm just gonna leave it in pieces

(I took it apart to get the HD and I'll see tomorrow if I can get replacement)

two year warranty came in handy.

i bought it 3 years ago, I think, maybe two, but since I thought it was broken it's just been laying around. I'm surprised the battery still does as well as it does.

I originally was using my DAP with the Minibox-E but after I heard this combo I couldn't go back.

Sony CD Walkman line-out jack ---> Minibox-E ---> DT880's

I'm a lot happier with this than my old setup.

Ipod ---> iBuds

Two different worlds.

camille, from what I've read the ES2 are very sensitive, so is there much hiss out of the iTouch?

How is the iAudio lineout compared to the HF-out?

I noticed the line-out is rolled off in the bass regions - and a hassle to use, since the Gomadic connector detaches from the jack really easily...
