^ Very nice, I myself prefer the design of the S61x series over the A81x series.

The colour of those 5 pros go well with the Black White S616 you have, but I prefer the colour scheme of the Red (outer rim and back) and Black (faceplate) one.

to all the sony A61x series over the A81x series users, may i just say how jealous i am of your setups ! keep 'em coming !

Sadly I don't have any decent amp to try them
I do have Go vibe 5 but it's actually a step down from Sony headphones out in term of SQ and it doesn't deliver as much power either.

Nothing special. Thanks to LostPhil for helping me tweak my D2 a little.

The original compliment was for my old avatar. I had an image from Batman The Animated Series. I just changed my avatar to Mos Def today. I'm experiencing a Hip Hop revival in my mind right now. Jurassic 5, A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def, etc are all getting play time.

Here's a full image of what I based that avatar on. Hmm... I just found a new wallpaper for my Zune.

Well, portable to me just means I can carry it with me on my messenger bag. I take a messenger bag with me everywhere I go, so my rig doesn't have to fit in a pocket. I don't do serious listening while walking, only when sitting down, while riding in a vehicle, or while at work.

Here are the pictures of my new Portable Rig. It sounds really nice (and will only get better with time as the caps and amp burn in).

Custom Wheel Coverz from iFrogs.com (image is copyrighted)

The rig consists of:
80gb RWA 5.5G iMod iPod Rockbox'd in a PowerSupportUSA Illusion Case and Custom Wheel Coverz from iFrogs.com (image is copyrighted);
ALO iMod Jumbo Cryo Au/Ag Line Out Dock Cable; Minibox E+; Shure e500s; and a custom iMod/Amplifier silicon band, with a set of Black Sumajin Sportwraps.

I bought the 5.5G iPod brand new in a sealed box from a really nice guy on eBay, who had several more (and I hooked up Ken (ALO) with him and Ken was able to get more iMods to sell...the NEW (not refurbished) wHite iMods he had available). Once again Vinnie was AWESOME and helped me out.

The theme is the Cabbie Default.

I may spring for a Samsung Hard Drive down the road as they are already maiking a 120GB drive and supposedly a 160Gb drive as well that can be rockbox'd according to the Rockbox website.

This replaces my 4G iMod rig (pictures of which you can find here:Original Posting - 11/26/2006 - Updated Posting - 02/06/2007) which I am keeping as a backup and maybe as a desktop rig or something.

Portability is so much better with the new rig (Its a lot lighter and less bulky) and makes for my commute on Metro North and in the City so much nicer.

That Rockboxed iMod is making my mouth water
Nice choice of the Minibox E+ too.

Here's some of mine.

The iAudio U3, Cowon D2 and iRiver H120 Trinity.

The H120 married to the Xenos 1HA-EPC with a Canare Starquad (this combination is VERY warm)

H120 -> Xenos 1HA-EPC -> 230 Ohm SE420

H120 -> Xenos 1HA-EPC -> Goldring DR150

The Cowon D2 and iAudio U3

My Alessandros, iMod, and PenguinAmp Ultra (to hold me off until my Xin Reference gets here.. which, I predict based upon what I've read here on head-fi, to be 1-24months away).
