I purchased from earphone solutions and also returned the Super. Fi 5's, I was charged the restocking fee on their website. I think the idea of restocking fees are more than fair, given they have to carry stock, send them out, and then process them when they come back. If they're used they probably make a loss on them. That sounds like a reasonably high restocking fee given they're unopened, like people have said i'd talk to them. I was happy with their service.
