I was planning on buying a BitHead amp for my headphones anyway, when I found this package on your site. It's a killer deal, so I'll probably end up getting it anyway. What I wanted to know is, does the package only come with what's shown? Or does it come with all the accessories, too? (i.e., the different sleeves for the Shure IEM's, the USB cable and velcro dots for the BitHead, and the case for the Shure IEM's)
