I am in the process of downgrading my system, so the Esoteric DV60 will go.
The DV60 is an universal player, meaning it can play virtually all formats: CDs, SACDs, DVD-Audio, and DVD-Video. It has balanced and single-ended stereo ouput. It has five-channel home theatre output. It has component video out, HDMI (1080p) output, and regular composite-video and S-Video output.
The video side can be completely disabled with a click of a button for pure audio operation. The DV60 has three upconverting modes, one of which upconverts regular CDs to SACD-level resolution.
I bought this player in May from a dealer, and have original box, manual, and remote.
I'm asking for $3850 shipped. A brand new unit cost $5600 new.
