Sorry about starting another thread Mods, but I figure the iAnything has about a million threads, and this is top of the thread news.

That being said, the first photos of the Zune 2 are out!!!

And it looks like we may have a different interface.

Damn that crap is ugly.

Sorry, JMO.

I'm going to have to agree. Quite ugly indeed.

I'm going to disagree. I'd take that over the new Nano anyday for its looks Serious. I very much dislike the Creative interface anyway.

The new phones look good. It looks like the doubleshot is gone though, which would be a shame.

Zune 2 = looks from the 80's

Nano = looks from the 21st century

I like neither, however would prefer the Nano, and would pay for the Touch. I don't own any MP3 players anyways. CD's all the way..

Dang that green colour is fugly

I think the little ones look more ugly because of the poor color choice and the big black border around the screen which looks like a waste of space. The higher buttons look a little unbalanced too and I don't think much of the retro-looking silver ring around the control pad. The larger black model looks quite a lot better IMHO although I still don't like the retro silver ring.

did they seriously put chrome backing on these things? that's what it looks like.
Eh, no thanks. It reminds me of the 2G nano with a vastly less elegant interface.

Is it about the looks or the sound and interface?
I am sure they would look awesome in person. I wonder if those earphones are original, or rebranded OEM, I've never seen that design.

If that's not directed to someone specifically, I would say solely on looks. I can't judge the interface without using it, however, it doesn't look to "flashy".
