this earphone looks exactly the same as the Crossroads Mylar x3, isn't it?

Now I could buy a tc20, but ir's very cheap.
do you know guys anything about fake tc20s ?

Anyone think these look exactly like the soundMAGIC PL11's but with a plastic housing ? also the cable winder is exactly the same but with a different logo.
