My god, my ES2

The day before yesterday, I got my ES2, so happy with it.
But I feel the sound of left ear was more impact than right ear.
I thought might be the problem was from my ear at first.
This morning I found the lead(red) in ES2 was broken.(please see picture)
I think I am lucky, becuse my ES2 is crystal without color.otherwise, I won't find any reason......
Is there any same issue in your ES2?
Could you kind give me any help:
How can I do next step?

Sorry dude. Yeah I hate the feeling of whether something is either wrong with the headphones, gears, or your ears. Either way both notion sucks.

See what Westone(?) says.

Call or email Westone. Their service is terrific, and they'll be right on top of whatever issues you have.

That's a real bummer too. When my ES2 broke down (after a LOT of abuse, which was entirely my fault) I was literally depressed for weeks until I got it fixed again. It's really the one and only portable headphone I'll ever need, unless the new custom 3 comes out. It just has a sound signature that makes you forget about the sound and listen to the music. It's accurate enough that you don't have any glaring, jarring weaknesses but it's also musical enough to make you forget about the accuracy and just listen. It's the only IEM I've ever heard that gives up nothing sonically to most full-size cans.
