im waiting steadily, playing with new stuff atm

Dropped them an query thru their website two days ago. Got a response today.

Their response times seem to fluctuate quite a lot. Some times they reply to my e-mails very promptly and sometimes they don't. But it's never been a case of being totally ignored.

It is always horrid waiting for new toys, or new anythings really. Getting post is great ... unless its a bill.

They might have people specifically for new orders and sales....but customer service might be too busy because they might the same guys making your livewires. Be patient! Mine took a month!

They originally quoted me three weeks... mine took more like 6-8. tough to be patient!!!

Another e-mail i got today from John said they were having some problems with their cable supplier but that is all sorted now so everything should be back on track.

I emailed them from a different account and got a reply from Art, but not his LiveWires email.

Seems like they are chockers, as he said they are only gonna be mailing mine out next Monday (their time) which will be my Tuesday, so I have exactly 7 days left till they come, if all goes well

I've sent my order at 15th January, than I sent three letters asking about it.
They replied the first two letters very fast, almost instantly.
Though the third letter isn't got a reply yet, I just phone called them today.
I told the lady my order of livewires and my full name.
After several seconds I got just the answer I want:
my LiveWires is about to be finished in 6th February and will be shipped by FedEx.
I think sometime they might be lagged in replying with E-Mails, but calling by phone is quite efficient.

Now just wait one more week for my first custom IEM.

LiveWires have great service, you can understand when they don't reply, they're busy, but I'm very happy with them, they are lovely peoples

Just got a call from their office in California. They are going to ship my phones, can't wait gonna have them a day early now. They do not have a bad turn around time at all. Sent mine out my impressions on the 14th of January and they are going to be in my hand on the 31st. I used overnight shipping though on both ends. Will have pics up as soon as i receive them.

My Fiance to be told me to put on headphones so she can go to sleep. Getting married on Monday. So I put on theT1's and the Tomahawk surfing the computer. I do love the Livewires signature sound, Bright and Tight. These IEM's are not not sloppy with sound whatsoever but they have the signature sound. They are articulate, fast, and fun to listen to. But listen to Senns balanced, KSC 75's recabled from Apuresound, HP-1's and you will find fast where their place is in the headphone food chain. Great sound for the buck! I know I'm lucky to listen to all the great equipment that goes though my ears so give me a little slack. RudiStor RPX- 100, Triad Audio Lisa EXP and all the other amps I didn't mention. Oh Yeah, all the headphones.....That is another list all itself.
