Which company is the more reputable one now? Anyone here considering the Fidelity Triples?

I feel like trying out the one in California since I live like a 30 minute drive away! But it seems like their CS hasn't been shining recently.

I honestly would not trust the CA office with the way everything's going
people are having fitment problems, it's taking months for people to get their product (I got mine from the TN office in less than a week from when I went there to get impressions), and Earl is the original engineer of the product
read my post a page or 2 back

Just an update from the last time I've posted to this thread. I did get my money refunded from CA and ordered through TN. I got mine Livewires(now called Fidelity) back in less than 2 weeks from the date I send my impressions in. The sound quality is fantastic and fits like a glove. I have no regret on the decision I've made on switching to TN. Now with news from friends, saying "John Dile" the CA office owes the old Lab a lot of money and the Lab is suing the CA office. The old Lab still hold a lot of impressions from 2008. So maybe that's why a lot of customer haven't receive their Livewires or is ask to get new impressions taken. Also the old Lab says they will answer any questions regarding its relation with the CA office to set the record straight. Sounds like is going to be a big mess with the CA office. So with all the complaints from customer and law suit involving CA office, I suggested TN should be the place to go with.

I'm actually really interested in the triple-drivers. Has anyone been the "guinea" pig for us, yet? I'm local to them, so I could make a call and see what they're manufacturing them for. They may simply be better for vocalists rather than audiophiles.

They're generally called MCX connectors. I could find them at some local stores (in Japan).

i ordered livewires in late january and still havent got them. So i phoned the CA office and got martha on the phone and she said that they had a problem with 1 of my earpieces and it had to be shipped back. So now i have to wait longer now but im just wondering if this is even true or not. I am so fed up with this company that I want to get a refund but will they send back my molds so that i can go somewhere else? I even put a rush on these headphones and its been 2 1/2 months which is unexceptable even with the problems they are having. John does not answer any of my emails but when i wanted to purchase a pair he answered immediately, I guess he just wanted my money. Anywase I just wanted to let everyone know that they should stay away from the CA company mylivewires.com very poor service all around.

Which case are LIVEWIRES shipping with now? On their web site I see a black, zipper case.

When I purchased mine...they came with some plastic waterproof case
