LWs very quickly? If you get them in any less then 8 weeks then they are screwing over customers and solved? If that was true my livewires would have been done idk about that at all

Every time i get on a bus i'm glad i've got mine, screaming kids no longer annoy me (unless they're also running around and climbing over things - i must be getting old ).

4 Words. School, Bus, Twice, Daily!

Immature year 7's screaming and being annoying. Livewires go in, tunes go on, and I only have to hear them for 30sec while I pack my gear away!

These public long distance buses were louder than the private prestige bus i get most days though, and had far younger kids on-board!

John mentioned they were well aware at LW they had a couple of unhappy customers on our forum here. Can't quite make out the last part of your comment, but judging by the people I interacted with on the phone, and who visited me in person, they sure don't seem like folks who are intentionally trying to harm anyone.

I will let you know how soon I see the LWs.

As it turns out, the LW folks get around, and they were in NYC at one point. John himself was headed to Houston this week, and then apparently on to LA. I believe he said they were doing a "blinged" set for P Diddy.

I recommend you drop them a line and see if they plan to have someone visiting your area.

One other thing that John shared with me was that LW is exploring creating custom earpieces for cell phone headsets. He asked me about the several Bluetooth headsets I use/d with my iPhone, and I shared that experience with him. I would love to have a fitted earpiece for my BT headset that I wear around all day for work.

Or build a cable with a Mic and volume/playback controls and have both in one, otherwise the earphones/headset have to come out to take a call/play music?

Hey I never said they were trying to harm anyone. I used to be one of the most optimistic people about livewires around here. But, 4 missed deadline along with months of waiting kills your attraction and opinion of a company. Sort of reminds me of another manufacturer around here somewhere.....

I used to think they are a bunch of lab techs running the business so I thought the lack of communication is understandable. Now it has been 6 weeks since they charged my credit card, and no one replied to any of my emails.... (That Inbox is not used for spams and such. I get average of 1 spam mail per week so I check them all manually... So the "mail caught in spam filter" excuse won't work here.)

I just sent them my last email before I will file a complaint with my credit card company..... And I stated that in my email too. We'll see how it goes.

Hey folks, thought I'd drop a line here. Read through all the posts in the last few days and you all sold me on the Live Wires! Got my impressions and shipped them out to Live Wires today.

Opted for the blue with black face plates. Can't wait!

Email is usually the worst way to contact them. I have always had to use the phone, and they always took care of things with both my orders.

HA the reason he does not call is because he lives foreign and he does not want to pay costs to call over into the u.s though before canceling I would call them once.
