I would suggest you take the refund option.
With LiveWires, plenty of patience is really required.
Also, it would be better you just call them instead of using EMAIL.
As I have said, their response with EMAIL really sucks.
You could try Skype or the like for the phone call. It's really convenient and cheap for international phone call.
I'm very happy with my LiveWires now, especially with Headphone AMP added. I mean it. Although the LiveWires could be easily driven by any portable players, it's potential
would not be released without a proper amp.
Now I'm using it with Ibasso D2 & AMB Mini3.
It's great. The bass extended to even the lowest level with full quantity but no less detail. The treble is clear but not a small bit piercing. GET a AMP for it, I mean it!
