I bought a set of Westone 3's from Spyro, which were duly sent off the next working day and the tracking details given to me.
After a week of the tracking info not changing, I contacted Steve and informed him of my apprehension, so he went away and called them and discovered that they hadn't left the US, needless to say, a couple of days after, they were in the UK and without Steve's help, I still wouldn't have them.
He's kept me informed every step of the way, been extremely helpful when problems occurred, even apologising for the USPS shortcomings, which were nothing to do with Steve, so no need to apologise at all mate.
I got them today, very well packaged and they were basically "as new", so if you want to deal with Steve, have no fears, he's as good as it gets and totally trustworthy.
Thanks a lot mate, very much appreciated and I can now put my e2c's back in the drawer.
A quick update:
The W3's developed a fault, so I asked Steve for some help and he was brilliant, helping me get a brand new set, without getting collared by customs. He really is as good as it gets, cheers mate.
