Alessandro gone on holiday???

Arggghhhh, my grados packed in, so I decided to order some ms-2s. I am using them as studio headphones, so am desperate to get some new ones pretty quickly as production is my addiction! But I ordered some and didn't get sent an email reciept or get charged.

So I rang America and it says they are 'on their summer schedule!'... does this mean they are on holiday or what ? Anybody know what is going on ??? I want them quick! Pretty impatient to get back to producing!

Oh, and how do you rate ms-2s for production use?

I'm having almost the same issue, I just ordered some MS-1's last Tuesday. yes its only been a week but I figured they would be here by now. or atleast maybe they would send me a shipping email. I did get a order email so I know they got it.

Check to see if your credit card got billed (i.e., contact your credit card company). If it did, then it is in the mail.

Also, congrats on your MS-1s!

Looks like you ordered at a bad time. I ordered my MS2i three weeks ago on a Thursday and got it the following Monday. He shipped it the same day I placed the order.
In order to get an email receipt for your order, there is a ticker box that you have check when filling out the order form.

I've order from them twice before and never got a shipping notification email either time. They aren't like your typical online retailer where you get an automated shipping email with tracking number and all. With Alessandro, you know when they sent it out when you get it in the mail.

Well, turns out stupid hotmail put my order receipt in the junk mail folder! I am sure I will get billed soon enough, certianly quicker than most hifi stores would ship. I have faith. I am just impatient to get my hands on these miracles!

F*** I ordered a pair 0f MS-1's for a gift, won't get here in time if they're not shipping this week.
