Actually the first year was "The First (Inter)National Head-Fi Meet", or something of the like. Voltron called it Headfest, but we were having none of that so it's now CanJam.

Whoever gets it next year needs to call it Bob's World of Headphones, even if no-one named Bob is involved.

Not so fast, Sparky ... not just anyone can be a CanJam '08 groupie/roadie. First some qualifying questions, if you don't mind ...
  1. Are you big, strong, and not overly smart?
  2. Will you work long hours for a chance to listen to gear?
  3. Can you get by on 3 hours sleep?
  4. Do you revere Queen boomana?
  5. Is a Hawaiian shirt suitable formal wear?
  6. Does music rock your mortal soul?
Answer yes to 4 or more of the above, and you are on the "maybe the kid can help" list.

5 yesses gets you a free night sleeping on Lauderdale Beach, and

6=yes makes you automatic for the people. Just tell us how to reach you on Thurs before CJ '08 weekend, 'cause you are in the Florida Posse.

How come I had to put on a dress and run up and down Fort Lauderdale Beach to become a member? Oh yeah, I like doing that.

You forgot 1 Agile...you have to let Stevio use your deodorant stick..Very important rule =) Can you guess who he is and can you guess whos stick he used in the picture? =)

not to brag, but ive been in college for 3 years working towards a math and philosophy double major and minors in computer science and psychology, 3 hours of sleep is something i look forward to during breaks

ive never owned one so i cant say for myself but i dont see why it wouldnt be suitable. i ended up at a thanksgiving dinner at my friends' grandparents' house wearing a pair of denim shorts and a grey shirt...so a hawaiian shirt would actually be quiet an upgrade

is it just me or does tyll remind anyone else of shooter mc gavin too? jk

and for some reason i always thought wmcmanus was immtbiker...dont know why. perhaps one of the photos was mislabeled.

That pic does make him look like shooter... I bet you were watching Happy Gilmore on tv yesterday... I flipped it on for a bit too!

happy gilmore = greatest movie ever made only because of this...

This guy could cure cancer, and a whole generation would still know him as Shooter McGavin. - CollegeHumor picture

i hope tyll doesnt get offended by any of this...it is all in jest just wanted to say that in case it wasnt implied already.

Tyll is not the easily offendable sort. In fact he's offended me, and I'm definitely not the easily offendable sort.

Anyone remember what that sign on Stevie's shirt said? Oh yeah, just read it, Banned! I did make him drink the backwash of all the random drinks sitting around though. Coffee, whiskey, rum, beer, all the abandoned cups got dumped into a big punch bowl and Stevie got a nice concoction, which he readily drank when I handed it to him.

One more edit to notice the look of pure satisfaction on Mikhail's face.
