I believe that is a per-day rate and not for the whole weekend. Mike mentioned these rates again somewhere recently but I can't remember where right now.
The $10 for students and $20 for the rest includes admission for both days. There will be an additional $25 charge for the dinner and concert Saturday night for those that want to attend. The limit for the dinner and concert will be 120 people, I believe.

You won't. The signups and payments will be like last year and should be up soon. The signups for the dinner/concerts will be part of the same system.

I already paid for canjam via the headfi subscription service (it was there when I had to renew my pm box)

I didn't realize that was set up. Well I did but I didn't realize it was open to everyone yet. My mistake. I believe the set up for the dinner will be added. I will check on it and post what I learn.

Hi again. I have my airfare and hotel reservation, do I need to buy my admission tickets in advance? or can I just get it when I am down there? Thanks Scottsmrnyc

I'll be getting in late Friday, myself. I figure if I'm lucky getting out of the airport quick, I'll be checking in by midnight.. Who needs sleep anyway, right? Lack of sleep and... malty blood thinners simply up the chances of eargasm, at least in my mind.

I have the rooms for the meet available Friday night for vendor and member setup. I'm pretty sure everyone on the organizing committee will be there Friday night.

I would prefer is people that know they are coming buy their tickets in advance. It gives me a way of keeping track the number of people attending and less work at the meet for those handling registration.

Is there anybody willing to stay a little longer in the area to check it out? I'm willing to stay a few extra days or something. I don't drive though

If you haven't been here before, this is not an easy place to get around without your own transportation. You're a short taxi ride to Fort Lauderdale Beach from the hotel. Same for downtown Fort Lauderdale.
