Niko--well, actually you had two violations: first, you must have stated in your ebay auction that the item was subject to prior sale, namely here. Secondly, and more HORRIBLE--you gotta sell these things empty of music or the Music Police will come after you. Seriously--it's a violation of the law to sell the machine loaded with tunes, 'cause the new buyer hasn't paid for them. Silly Iknow but them's the rules.

Eeek, sorry about that. I'm glad I haven't shipped it off yet, I will contact the buyer immediately.

I saw someone post an eBay link on here before, so I assumed it was okay.
