The Wadia 301 (in brushed silver) has been one of my staple sources, but it's time for it to find a new home. So, it's up for sale. This is the last player that Wadia made using the Pioneer Stable Transport. The player has been completely reliable and works perfectly. The Wadia 301 does not have the optional digital input board. It does have a digital volume control, so that it can connect directly to either a headphone amp, or a power amp for speakers (does not need a preamp). Single-ended and XLR outputs, digital output via BNC connector. The output voltage can be adjusted for you gear using the dip switched on the rear of the unit. Cosmetically excellent. There is a small scratch (approx 1/2") in the top, near the rear of the player. I never knew it was there until I was doing a close inspection prior to sale. It's almost invisible, and you'll likely never notice it (but may, since I just told you about it). The player comes with Wadia spiked feet and metal pads, the large metal remote, original hardbound manual, and original Wadia box. The price is $1750 including shipping and Paypal fees in the US. International shipping at cost (although I cannot guarantee that the player can be set for other voltages than US). I do not use PM, so please contact me via my email link.
