I bought this DAC and haven't received it yet and now can't pm Ben.

Can someone tell me what's going on and what I should do?

Okay - just spoke to Jude who tipped me off to Tyll's thread on donor - we'll see what happens

Update - I did indeed receive this dac - it arrived today.
