ETY customer service?

Hello,
I was taking the 3 flange off of my er4p's. The black stem snapped at the bottom!! I contacted ETY customer support about a week ago and am looking at getting them repared. No response. Does it just take awhile for them to get back or should I call or something. I miss my er4p's. Phewww.

Very good experience with them. Try emailing them again. Maybe your email ended up in their Spam folder or something.

Just call them, I never bother with email for warranty repairs/replacements.

I emailed them three times, they only answered the first one. I've heard other experiencies like yours.

Give them a call, I recall people saying they have great costumer service (I sure damn hope so... I own etys)

I know what you mean! I didn't like that feeling when I was pulling of the flange and it broke. The horror. LOL. Oh well.

If a company is located in the good ol' USA - I found, decades ago, that you either write a real snail mail letter, or call them.

Always, always, always - your LEAST EFFECTIVE form of communication is email or fax.

that said........a phone call to Etymotics WILL always be very effective. They have very good customer service people there.

They took over a week to reply to me when my ER-6i broke.

Once they had replied the whole process was pretty easy & they even swapped my white er-6i for a black pair (I requested this)

I'm actually in the process of having my ER4Ps repaired. They generally respond fairly quickly to emails, but I've found that they sometimes overlook some emails, so if you don't hear from them within a day or two, I'd just send another one.
