I also like the previous setup much more and thats what I'm trying to achive. Probably the smallest and compact setup I've seen.

Kudos EFN......been reading about how great the SQ from our Malaysian Forum. Very tempting.....might just send my Ipod to you for this Mod

Well, sound quality over aesthetic quality is what I always say, so kudos to you. Not that it looks bad or anything, just your previous incarnation of the rig was rather boner-invoking.

MKII is Completed!!!

Now the very same caps are enclosed in my wife's plastic jewelery box

Definitely looked more civilised at the expense of added weight - no pain no gain!

Completely detachable from the Dock Out all the way to my SuperMicro-IV. The good news is I don't hear any degradation with the increased number of links in the signal path as opposed to my previous setup which emphasized on hard wiring.

MKII will be done next week with V-Caps!!! this one will go naked again LOL!

I kind of like the first one better, but this one is more clean. I just like he minimalist version better.

I also prefer the first one better as well. If you have balls of steel you have to show them off instead of hiding them in a box.
