anyone know the deal on this?

Wow. I was just on their site not too long ago and there were no products to buy. Now the site is down entirely.

I wish I knew. I just bought an amp from them about 3 months ago. Kinda curious how they will handle any issues that may come up with there amps.

so ATP was just a distributor? Does xenos have a website, if not, from where do they sell their stuff?

Actually, the full text reads:

Xenos Audio is Discontinued
ATP Systems no longer manufactures, distributes or sells Xenos Audio Products.
For warranty issues please send an email to: 2.support@aptecpro.com

So ATP is the manufacturer. But, at least there's an email for support.

Hope you'll have new and better amps long before you need repair.

That is a real shame. Xenos made very nice amps.

I should have stocked more - people will be looking for those in the upcoming years!

I was planning on getting my brother one of their amps for his birthday. He really enjoys mine so much.

Too bad, as the 1HA-EPC is a pretty good amp. Guess it's time to get rid of mine! (I don't keep discontinued products on hand.)

I had emailed them the other day to see what type of repsonse there would be concerning warranty issues. This is what they replied with:

Warranty support will continue to be provided as per the original warranty for 5 years from the sale date.

Thank you
ATP Systems

I guess that makes me feel a little better knowing that if something should go wrong there will still be support.

hmmm, interesting - James Dalgarno (Go-Vibe amps) is also "retiring" from the business. All these amp makers are Canadian - my guess? too much competition from Chinese manufacturers making nicer looking amps (with the same features, essentially) for a better price...
Does that mean Go-Vibe is out of business?
he will be soon PM sent.

This might answer why the service of Xenos was such bad - no response for my technical question even I wrote them several times.

Things must have deteriorated at the end because my experience with Xenos/ATP was vastly different when the Xenos 1HA-EPC was first released. They were helpful, informative and changed the gain settings at n/c. Sad to hear things went south.
