Anyone else think that this could be the best sounding Zeppelin album?

Nah. LZ1 was the best sounding. It was raw and smokey and horsey and Page didn't have nearly enough time to mix the thing properly, which added to it's brilliance. Subsequent LZ albums almost sound like overproduced audiophile crap in comparison =P

Zepp 1 is pretty much my go to CD when testing new cans, etc. Some great bass production on that album, especially in I Can't Quit You Baby. Everything in the whole album seems close up, like you're in a room with the band imo.
My fav Zepp album might end up being 3 though, if I had to pick.

Miyuki - Fellow Citizen

https://miyuki.bandcamp.com/album/fellow-citizen (FREE!)

Miyuki aka Lera Bauer's new album finally dropped a couple weeks ago. I've been too busy to give it a listen before now, but I'm already having a jolly time listening to the first track. As always, very different from her previous work being this time very retro-futuristic which is a really nice sound. Being somewhat spoiled after the plethora of EPs and albums she put out between mid-2012 to mid-2013, I was almost panicking when there had been no new release from her since July 2013. That should speak volumes about how much I admire Miyuki's work. Having very little interest in new music that gets released nowadays, Miyuki is one of those rare names that manages to make me lift my head when I hear any talk of new material. Like all of her work on Bandcamp, this 40-minute album is totally free without a minimum asking price. Just enter "0" as the price for the free download. Check it out!

Edit:

I've now listened to the album twice and will say that this is hands down my favorite album by Miyuki to date (EPs are a separate matter). Unless 2014 turns out to be a hundred times better than 2013 as far as musical output goes (which I consider to have been a rather big disappointment all in all), you can expect to see this album on my list of favorite releases in 2014 when the year is over.

I do believe that I agree at the moment...for years it was my least favorite Zeppelin album, but it was a steady grower for me...(but ask me tomorrow and I might change my mind...)
