T. Rex - Life is Strange (Click to show)

After watching Buyers Dallas Club movie, this beautiful song got hardprinted in my brain.

Downloading T. Rex discography at this moment, fine musical discovery.

I had a chance to enjoy Bassist Abraham Laboriel,Sr., Justo Almario, Abraham Laboriel,Jr. & Greg Mathieson twice at the famed 'La Ve Lee' Jazz Club in Studio City. Each time, I headed to the parking lot feeling electric!

I've been going through a few CDs recently that I haven't picked up in awhile. This is the first one on the list, which I haven't listened to since a month or two after the album came out.

AVTechNO! - Z

AVTechNO! - Cochapii

Not sure what language Rin is singing in here. Sounds like Chinese but I can't say for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a made-up language either.

AVTechNO! - Depth

Wow what an awesome single. AVTechNO! continues to explore new ground, refusing to grow stale. This made my day.

Ginsuke - Freestyle2

Oh my god. Based on the first two tracks alone this albums seems like a real bomb. Really tight stuff so far.

Tracks three and four respectively.

David Roback's first band prior to Opal and Mazzy Star. classic album from 1983

the Rain Parade, along with The Three O'Clock,The Dream Syndicate,The Bangs (later Bangles),were the four primary leaders of the early 80's 'Paisley Underground' scene coming out of Los Angeles which found it's roots in a revival of late 60's and early 70's psychedelia and pop such as Syd Barrett,Velvet Underground,Big Star,The Byrds,Buffalo Springfield etc.

He sure was good. The tone he has on Tin Pan Alley in this album is superb.
