Well, I'm in my late 40's and while my parents liked Dylan it took me years of listening to more aggressive rock music until this year when I began purchasing a lot of Dylan, and now I'm a convert.

I've got most of his 60's-thru mid 70's classics and Bootlegs 1-4 and Another Portrait (10 I believe).

How is Bootleg 5? That's next on my list.

I think I prefer Bootlegs 1-3 and Basement tapes over 4. Even though it's one of the most infamous live concerts in history.....

Bootleg 5 is really good. Two CDs worth of greatness. Dylan had a stellar band around that time including Mick Ronson of Bowie's "The Spiders From Mars" fame and also Joan Baez sharing vocals on some numbers.

Essential for any Dylan fan. Excellent stuff.

My listening session for today - 2 Elton john albums that i haven't given enough time to in the past.

Also 5 albums that guitar player Adrian Bellow (remain in light - three of a perfect pair - discipline - sheik yebuti - hereos )

worked on. I love bellows playing. I believe he brought

a new dimension to all of the bands and artists that he worked with.

Just an amazing talent. King crimsons

3 of a perfect pair is such an underrated album - a real prog gem!
