Tomorrow I am scheduled to receive the replacement D1 from iBasso. For those that do not remember it will replace the one I have had since 9/4 and on which the blue light on the front panel stoped working before the 12 hour mark. Excellent customer service by iBasso.
The funny/sad thing is that the blue ligth started working today on its own. ??? Besides a gremlin, any idea why a light that went out a week ago just started working w/o any work done to it? I mean I feel bad that iBasso spent money to send me a new D1 and the one I have starts working on its own 24 hours before the arrival of its replacement. Thanks.
These are very basic things that should work.
Having said that, they could teach a lot of much bigger companies about customer service, despite the long distances involved.
