G&W TW-03E / TW-05D, anybody?

A search on this forum didn't yield any results so I was wondering if anybody has tried this filter? As can be seen here: Link
the filter comes in many versions; EU, US and UK.

For looks it's definitely a keeper, but how does it perform and compare to other similar products? I've heard a lot of good things about G&W so I'm pretty confident about the build quality.

Any other suggestions in the same price range (100-200 euro)?
Sadly the Belkin pureAV pf30 ($250!!!) and pf40's are very expensive over here so would be interesting to hear about other alternatives available in the EU (so no PS audio's either)

I have one. It helps but it depends on your amplifier if it helps there too. You have to experiment what sounds best. it's one of the cheapest and apperently it does things as well as filters up to 800 euro's. For the money you cannot go wrong. make sure you get the special edition.

Especially for television and dvd, the improvements are quite obvious.

This is a sick bump of my own thread from over 3 years back!

However, the question is still valid, and this time too... I'm close to buying.. any impressions?
