This is a rare portable CD player that has an optical-out for use with your DAC of choice. It is in pristine, as-new condition because it has only been used indoors as a transport for some of my (now gone) DAC's, including the Benchmark DAC1, Apogee Mini-DAC, & Headroom MicroDAC. Kept in a smoke-free, pet-free, child-free home. No issues whatsoever.
