Maybe we should all just chip in and if we can get enough people to pay, rent some type of room in a hotel or something.

So is anyone still interested in this?

I'm interested enough that I've obtained permission from the Mrs. to host it at my house if anyone is interested. I'm in Beavercreek, just outside Dayton, which is roughly halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus. It doesn't do much for the Cleveland folks, but not much I can do about that.

I have plenty of tables to support listening gear and can provide what's in my sig for folks to listen to. All I ask is if you bring gear, bring a power strip to plug it all into.

What's a good day? How about Saturday, May 17th, the weekend after Mother's Day and the weekend before Memorial Day?

So now is anyone interested?

I am a maybe, I sold my RS-1's but can bring a modified Melos Maestrobator and Grado RS-1's and DT-770's. It depends on my piano schedule but Saturday's are the best for me.

If you get a solid date I'd be willing to drive from Indiana. Available gear is in my profile.

I can come but all I have to offer is Grado SR80s, a Little Dot MKIII, a Zero amp/DAC, and most likely HD650s or 701s or maybe d5000s by that time. And probably ES7s. I know its not much

I hope it doesn't bother anyone I am only 17? To be honest I would kind of feel weird, but since we all have something in common obviously, I dont think it would be too bad.

I suppose it would be up to the host, but I am 19.5 so I don't think it really matters. I went to my first meet at 17.

^ age shouldn't matter at all. No need to feel weird.

I hoped we would get some more response by now, but if anyone at all is interested I'll be here, so you can PM me for a map once we decide on a date.

Ok, so the 10th is out for being Mother's Day weekend, the 17th is out for not everyone being able to make it, and the 24th is out for being Memorial Day weekend. So what about May 31st?

Doesn't bother me. If you enjoy music and neat ways of listening to it, you're fine.

If you can't make May 31st but you're sure you can make a different Saturday, toss out a date. Considering how long this thread has been around we're in no hurry.

Its fine with me. The wait was killing me and I ended up buying a PS3 looks like Ill have to sell something or work to get a new pair of cans for the meet.
The 31st is ok for me.

How about a saturday in june? That would give people enough time in advance to scheduling and planning. Plus, I get back to the states on the 31st. lol
