Thanks to this lady I am listening to the wonderful Sony X1060 DAP. As Play.com doesn't sent electronic devices out of the UK she acted as an intermediary. Her service was first rate: quick and friendly communication, fast shipment, extremely helpful,... A joy to deal with. Highly recommended!
